We offer many new features including the ability to view, search, and order (reserve) inventory.\u00a0 In order to view our inventory you will be asked to select a\u00a0store.\u00a0You may click on either Tampa or Pinellas Park.\u00a0This will direct your searches to that store.\u00a0And if you want to order (reserve) an item, the selected location is where you\u00a0can\u00a0pick up the items that same day.\u00a0Your order will be picked by our staff and will be awaiting your arrival! You can also\u00a0extend your searches to include all three locations.\u00a0Ordered items that include items from other stores will take a couple days to arrive at\u00a0 your chosen pickup location.\u00a0You pay the same prices as if you were shopping in the store yourself, and there are no\u00a0charges for any of these added\u00a0services. You will simply come into your preferred location, be handed your order, pay the regular price\u00a0for it, and enjoy it like always.\u00a0The Sound Exchange Advantage: No Shipping Fees, No Internet Credit Card problems, No unwanted items to return.<\/strong><\/p>\n Why don’t we ship? <\/strong> In addition to the\u00a0above advantages\u00a0we want to make sure that our stores always offer\u00a0the best possible\u00a0selection to you, our loyal, local\u00a0customers.\u00a0If we mail ordered, people from all over\u00a0could (and would) buy many of our best\u00a0items, and you,our local customers would\u00a0not have the great selection that you now enjoy.\u00a0We do not feel that this would be in your best interest or ours.\u00a0We’ve got a good thing here and we want to protect it for you, our local customers.<\/p>\n When ordering (reserving) items from this website it is\u00a0important that you realize that you are still shopping in\u00a0a retail\u00a0store (with the help of our staff).\u00a0 This means that occasionally we will not be able to find\u00a0an item that you order.
